About LirioAI
Climate finance consultants in the UK, supplying specialists to implementing firms, banks and financial institutions, governments and funders.

LirioAI is a UK climate change consultancy specialising in climate finance, trading as Climate Funding Bridge Ltd. The company was incorporated in 2024, building on a climate finance practice that Liliana Locke started in 2017 and on 14 years of climate policy and climate finance experience across government, development programmes and financial institutions.
Our specialists support implementing firms, banks and financial institutions, governments and funders, on awarded projects and in bid development. Each assignment is led by people who have done the work: climate risk assessments of loan portfolios, climate finance training for bank managers and business advisors, and evaluations of climate programmes for donors. Courses, knowledge products and websites are designed and built in-house alongside the technical work.
